Aerial Direct

Aerial Direct is a leading independent telecoms provider and the largest direct business partner of O2. Following a period of rapid expansion, there was a pronounced need for the company to move to a new office location that would accommodate their plans for continued growth - and reflect their leading position within the industry. Based in Hampshire, they secured a 26,000 square foot office space and worked with the in-house design team at Spectrum Workplace to create a brand new, state-of-the-art Head Quarters.

With a brief that stipulated the creation of a range of spaces and environments, including a deluxe management suite, customer facing demo suite, a 3,000 square foot breakout area, training facilities and contact centre, the project included a fantastic mix of luxurious and functional spaces. Using high-end hotel design as inspiration, Spectrum successfully moved away from the traditional staidness of office interiors to deliver a workplace that truly sets Aerial Direct apart from its competitors.

With the Head Quarters being an integral representation of Aerial Direct’s ethos and ambition, Spectrum were conscious to ensure the company’s brand colours were incorporated throughout the building. The neutral backdrop is punctuated by an interior design which includes vivid greens, using Camira’s Era in Timelapse, alongside a spectrum of greys and navy to create an elevated, timeless palette.
