Tariff Fee Returns Policy

To ensure transparency and clarity, we would like to outline our policy regarding responsibility for tariff fees in the event of product returns.

 

  • Customer-Initiated Returns:If a return is initiated due to reasons unrelated to product quality or an error on Camira’s part (e.g., ordering errors, changes in project scope, or cancellations), the customer will be responsible for any associated tariff fees incurred during ordering and during the return process.

 

  • Camira-Initiated Returns:If the return is the result of an error made by Camira (e.g., incorrect product shipped, manufacturing defect, or fulfillment mistake), Camira will assume responsibility for the tariff fees related to the return.
