Location – Grand Rapids, MI

 

Purpose: 
To build the Camira Group brands, with specific focus on North America, through planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing activities, creating marketing materials, and supporting product introductions in line with Camira is overall marketing strategies. Providing marketing support in North America as well as contributing to the global marketing effort.

 

Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:

Marketing 

  • Work closely with the Camira Group marketing team across all marketing pillars (insight, digital, communications, graphic design, events, and exhibitions) in all target segments (contract) to deliver agreed marketing objectives in line with North American and global requirements
  • Work with Camira products and launch elements (sampling, communications, training, sales tools/kits, etc.) for all product introductions in the North American market, supporting Direct and Independent Reps as required along w/OEM awareness.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing needs in line with brand strategies and marketing initiatives, working closely with the Camira Group Digital Marketing Manager to target NA market.
  • Lead and support website content needs and updates across the Luna and Camira websites
  • Lead social media strategy and content development for Luna, while contributing to Camira Group social strategy across multiple platforms specifically for NA
  • Use CRM on a local level for segmentation and targeting in direct email marketing, promoting best practice in contact leads to build brand awareness, promote products, ect.
  • Provide wide ranging communications support for both on-line and off-line channels working closely with the Camira Group PR & Comms Manager where appropriate
  • Coordinate local events (eg. NeoCon and other rep events)
  • Report on key metrics, market trends and competitor activities
  • Liaise w/fulfillment 

 

Graphic Design / Creative 

  • Lead overall brand and graphic design strategy for North America
  • Create print-ready artwork for marketing collateral for Luna and Camira, exercising creative flair, in line with branding and corporate identity guidelines
  • Oversee the creation of photography assets, where necessary working collaboratively with Camira Group Marketing and Creative
  • Provide creative support as required
  • Create Sales tools and marketing collateral to effectively promote. 

 

Sampling 

  • Oversee production of all sampling materials for product introductions and on-going sampling fulfilment
  • Oversee OEM carded production from graphic design artwork, customer approval and manufacture.
  • Lead sampling partnership relationships (eg. Material Bank, Mercato Place)

 

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing or Design
  • 2-3 years of experience from similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience from using social media
  • Excellent organizing, prioritizing
