Location – Midwest, US

 

Purpose:

To develop the OEM sales channel in defined markets to ensure that sales and marketing strategies are established and executed to meet Camira’s global goals.

 

Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:

  • Be an instrumental part of the sales management team for the North American market and work in close collaboration with the Camira team in NA and Europe.
  • Develop and implement strategy and business plans for OEM accounts in line with Camira’s growth and sales plans and strategy.
  • Develop brand position and sales with existing and new OEM accounts.
  • Develop programs to support the Camira story and bring the brand to life. Work closely with Camira marketing team to improve tools & branding elements.
  • Contribute to the planning of product introductions as well as execution of these in the market area.
  • Participate in product development projects, testing of new product ideas and work with the Camira Design Studio to secure the best possible product portfolio/offering in the market.
  • Use CRM and social media to engage with customers.
  • Liaise with customer service and operations in both NA and UK to secure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction level.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, local and national IIDA events and other networking events.
  • Contribute to the company culture by adding knowledge, ideas, drive & passion. 

 

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Experience from the commercial interior industry/office furniture
  • 5+ years account management experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizing, prioritizing and time management skills
  • Product Development
  • Technical Training

 

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/design or equivalent

The position is based in the Midwest with domestic and international travel required on occasion.
