Christmas ordering dates
With the Christmas holiday season approaching we would like to take this opportunity to confirm our ordering and despatch times. Our offices will be closing on Wednesday 24th December 2025 and reopening on Friday 2nd January 2025.
Based on customer feedback, the last order time for delivery by truck before Christmas is 11am on Monday 22nd December. Last delivery will be Tuesday 23rd December.
The last order time for delivery by UPS before Christmas is also 11am on Monday 22nd December for delivery by Tuesday 23rd December.
Any orders to be shipped via truck placed on Tuesday 23rd December pre-11am will arrive on Monday 5th January. Orders received on Tuesday 23rd post 11am/Wenesday 24th December will not be picked and loaded till Monday 5th January for delivery on Tuesday 6th January 2025. Any orders shipped via UPS placed on Tuesday 23rd December will be for delivery on Tuesday 6th January.
Orders must be placed by 09:30am (UK time) with different cut off dates stipulated in the table below:
Any orders placed after 09:30am on the cut off day will ship on the first New Year departure date.
