Gender Pay Gap

UK companies with over 250 employees are now required for the first time to report on their gender pay gap. At Camira we are committed to ensuring that all our people have the opportunity to develop their career with us and are treated fairly and equally in line with our values. This is very important to us.  We are confident that our gender pay gap is not caused by men and women being paid differently to do the same job, but is driven instead by the structure of our workforce.
