Kirkstall Forge

Kirkstall Forge is a transformational new development located in a historic area of Leeds in West Yorkshire, UK. The 57-acre, £400 million project is set to provide 1,050 new contemporary homes, 300,000 sq. ft of offices, as well as a multitude of green spaces, cafés, bars and restaurants for its community to enjoy.

Flagship office building

Ultimate (Commercial Interiors) worked with developer CEG on the site’s flagship office building – Number One, Kirkstall Forge. Nominated at the 2018 Mixology awards for Small Commercial Interiors Project of the Year, this seven-floor building provides a modern, light-filled work environment, complete with 360-degree views of its stunning riverside location.

Taking place over a period of 12 weeks, the project was completed to the highest standard – with high specification products and finishes providing the luxurious, modern working environment CEG sought to offer the residents of Number One, Kirkstall Forge.

Incorporating a number of impactful design features, including crittal style glazed partitions with reeded glass manifestation, living green walls and feature lighting, alongside open ceiling corridor space and stylish furniture, the Grade A office building is a truly stylish addition to Kirkstall Forge. With the soft pink and purple hues of Camira’s Synergy fabric perfectly complementing the geometric modernity of the office’s design, the resulting interior space is one that is in complete harmony with its inspiring location.
